Richie has immersed himself into an academic self guided tour
of some the greatest wine regions of the world in order to
continually stock and improve upon the 10,000 bottle collection,
currently housed in a temperature controlled wine cellar with
many bottles on display in the showcase behind the bar on the
lower level .
