On a wind swept winter day in 1994 and in the aftermath of a great snowstorm, Richie Cecere happened across a small brick building in the shadow of an enormous Oak tree. The scene was so picturesque that he began to daydream about a restaurant and club so sophisticated that people would come from miles around to experience find dining in a spot other than midtown Manhattan. The tree is long gone but the building now houses his restaurant.
Every Friday and Saturday night, the Richie Cecere
Orchestra (18 pieces), along with Richie himself on vocals
and the Richie Cecere singers and dancers, perform three
shows.

The 1st show, starts at approximately 8:45pm and is 1 hour and 10 minutes long. It has a cover charge of $15 dollars per person with dinner required. Note: We strongly suggest a dinner reservation between 7pm and 7:30pm. This should give you enough time to enjoy your dinner and sit back and enjoy the show.
The 2nd show a completely different show, starts at approximately 10:15pm and is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes long. It has a cover charge of $15 per person with dinner required. There is no cover charge for the second show if there is no waiting list and you’ve dined with us during the first show and paid the first show’s cover charge of $15 dollars per person.
If you did not dine with us and came for just dessert and drinks* seated at a table, there is a $25 per person cover charge for the 2nd show with a 2 drink* minimum per person required. If you did not dine with us and came for just drinks* at the bar, there is a $15 dollars per person charge with a 2 drink* minimum per person required.
If you did not dine with us, the 3rd show starts at approximately mid-night and lasts for 30 minutes and has a $15 dollar per person cover charge.
A lot of time, effort and money go into the producing of our shows. The Richie Cecere Orchestra contains 18 well seasoned musicians who have played with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, Buddy Rich, Jack Jones, Bobby Darin, The Tommy Dorsey Band and Lionel Hampton Band. The list goes on and on and on.
Our shows, are well rehearsed. Our musical and dance
arrangements are of our own design which
makes us unique.
Most of our music is hand picked by Richie himself, who in turn prepares sheet music
for each individual musical instrument in the 18 piece
orchestra. We rehearse every Monday from 8pm to 10:30pm with
full orchestra and with the entire Richie Cecere Singers and
Dancers, including Richie himself. With a lot of behind the
scene professionals working with us, such as, a sound
engineer, camera men, a vocal coach, a vocal arranger, a
stage lighting engineer, costume designer(s) and a dance
choreographer, over 30 people are involved in the production
of our shows to satisfy an audience of 130 people. You are
welcome to attend our rehearsals. Some of our customers come
for dinner and/or drinks* and actually enjoy watching the
making of our shows. There is no cover charge for
rehearsals. Please remember if you do attend, this is a
rehearsal. Which means, we do stop and start performances,
to perfect the arrangement, all of our performers are in
their casual attire, not show time costumes.
