Located in a forgotten area of New Jersey some 20 miles due west of mid-town Manhattan is the Richie Cecere Restaurant and Supper Club. The establishment boasts four star dining, serving its own dry aged meats, fresh seafood and other continental fare inspired by some of the great restaurants of the twentieth century. The restaurant was conceived and constructed over a seven year period, with painstaking attention to detail both in the design and the execution, which transformed a 100 year old paper mill into an astonishing 4,000 square foot premier establishment.
