As the story goes... On a wind swept winter day in 1994 and in the aftermath of a great snowstorm, Richie Cecere happened across a small brick building in the shadow of an enormous oak tree. The scene was so picturesque that he began to daydream about a restaurant and club so sophisticated that people would come from miles around to experience fine dining in a spot other than midtown Manhattan. The tree is long gone but the building has been transformed into a high end restaurant and supperclub through years of painstaking work, and a determination to create a lasting work of art.
Equal to Richie’s commitment to great food is a desire to deliver only the best in entertainment. Every Friday and Saturday evening in the second floor supperclub Richie along with his 18 piece orchestra and up to 8 beautiful showgirls perform to a packed house. Classic show tunes, ageless compositions from some of Hollywood's greatest achievements, and legendary Broadway arrangements are just some of the pieces Richie has compiled for the performances. The supperclub shows evoke a time in history which may be gone but is certainly not forgotten; The (old) Copacabana and the Persian Room in New York City, The Cotton Club, The Brown Derby, Ciro’s. Places frequented by sports greats like Joe DiMaggio and Hollywood royalty the likes of Humphrey Bogart and Cary Grant.
Richie Cecere and his Orchestra along with up to eight beautiful showgirls perform every Friday and Saturday evening starting at 8:45 and 10:30. There is a $15 entertainment fee per person.
